Hallow's Eve

Volume 2

THE HORROR

by In A World....

Overall I think it is a very well done compilation. A few tracks make the hair stand up on the back of my neck , so I guess you would say the CD had done its job and done it well.

There are a few “themed” tracks that deserve mention such as Crazy Clowns and Ghost Ship. I would definitely use either of these tracks if I had those themes in my haunt.

There are 9 atmospheres that send chills through you and would be perfect for any home or professional haunt. Included are 3 bonus features which are just instrumentals. Crazy Clowns is one of the instrumentals and I could see the music looped with the instrumental to make an amazing haunted attraction.

Overall I would give this CD 9 out of 10 and would recommend it to the average home haunter. The tracks are long enough for a good loop and creepy enough for great atmosphere.

Do yourself a favor and pick one of these CDs up.

My Halloween By In A World
Halloween Music CD for Kids.

I had the pleasure to review My Halloween by In A World. At first listen I found the cd geared towards children around 5 - 11 as I’m sure it was intended.

I found that most of the tracks were short stories, rather than music for a haunt or home party.

The stories were catchy and quite fun. The music was rhythmic and held a beat that children would love to listen to over and over.

There were a few tracks that could stand as is for a haunt such as the 3rd track - Gobbling Goblins and track 8. The Pirate song - great for a themed haunt.

Which Witch is Which is a great song for a child’s party and all the stories would be fun to create a game at a childs party.

My favourite was track #9. Pumpkin , Pumpkin White - a great chant like song that could be used to create atmosphere.

What I liked most of all about this cd was that tracks 12 - 17 were all instrumentals of the previous stories and songs.

The music was excellent, creepy yet geared towards children and fun! I felt that these tracks could be used for a haunt or for sing alongs. I could picture this cd being used in a classroom or child care setting around the season.

I did find however, some of the instrumental music would be great for my own home haunt and I think I may use one or more of them in my "die"ning room in the garage.

Overall I would rate this CD an 8 on a scale of 1 - 10 as a great Kids CD with various uses. It is definitely one of the better kids cds that I have heard.
