Please Note: Registration for the 2008 Season is now CLOSED.
Registration for the 2009 Season will open January 01, 2009.
Rules
If you'd like to participate in the Secret Reaper Gift Exchange, just
follow the instructions below.
- You must be a member of the Ontario Haunter's Club for at least 2 months
and live in Canada or the USA. Sorry the Secret Reaper Gift exchange is not open to International address'
at this time.
- Sign up by filling out the online form. The deadline to sign up is July 15, 2008.
- You will be sent the name, address, and preferences of your Secret Reaper
gift recipient some time before August 1.
- Select an inexpensive ($20-$30 ) Halloween-related gift for your haunter.
You can be as creative as you like, but try to consider their preferences. Yes you can make it.
- MAXIMUM is $30.00 Excluding Shipping & Handling.
- Some time between September 1 - 15, mail your gift. In return,
you should receive a gift from your secret reaper some time in September/October.
- Please email the secret reaper administrator (secretreaper(at)ontariohauntersclub.com) when you receive your gift. Please feel free to add any pictures or comments about your gift. Gift
updates will be posted on the OHC website.
Please note: If you are shipping your gift To or From the
USA, please ensure that it is labeled as a "GIFT".
FAQ's
I can't fulfill my commitment to mail a gift. What do I do?
E-mail secretreaper (at) ontariohauntersclub.com as soon as possible. Your secret reaper selection will be reassigned.
It's past the deadline and I haven't received my gift. What do I do?
If
you haven't received any correspondence from your secret reaper--either a gift or a note saying that your gift will be delayed--by August
22, please e-mail secretreaper (at) ontariohauntersclub.com.
Why isn't the Secret Reaper open to International address' ?
Shipping
costs to International destinations typically exceed the cost of the item being sent.
